Dr. Vincent Walsh is a UK-based award-winning expert in circular and regenerative ecosystem design, consultant, and farmer, celebrated for his innovative work across diverse supply chains, including textiles, food, farming, and hospitality sectors.
Dr. Vincent Walsh’s client portfolio includes some of the largest global foodservice businesses, such as Sysco Specialty Group (Fresh Direct) and Compass Group (Levy), as well as Quornpro. In his work with these clients, he has not only demonstrated his expertise but has also earned their trust by driving innovation across supply chains, with a particular emphasis on reducing scope three emissions. By innovating right at the beginning of the supply chain, particularly in the food and beverage sectors, he recognises the critical importance of developing highly sustainable products that are both environmentally and ecologically sound. His strategic approach has positioned him as a leading figure in the industry, empowering these organisations to enhance sustainability and improve their environmental impact.
In 2024, he was honoured by the Royal Agricultural University as the inaugural winner of the Farm491 Challenge Prize.
