Dr Vincent Walsh is a leading circular and regenerative food and agriculture expert in the UK. He is a consultant to some of the UK’s biggest food and beverage organisations, supporting them on projects and product development aligned to net zero targets.

Renowned for his academic rigour, his ability to enthuse others, and his down-to-earth personality, he is regularly asked to take part in conferences and events about food and farming issues.

Recently he was invited to speak in Dubai as part of COP28’s Expo City Farm program, and has been involved in a wide range of industry-leading discussion panels and conferences in both the UK and Europe.

These include Food Navigator’s Climate Smart Food Summit, Food Manufacture magazine’s Scope 3 Emissions roundtable, the Livestock Supply Chain Connect expo, the LSE’s Future Impact Summit, and the International Plant Based Foods Sustainable Foods Systems conference in Brussels.
